So, you think you need a website to promote your business or for your Adsense/Amazon/Chitika program? ;p But don’t know how to create a website? Don’t even have any partner/friend that can’t help you? Some people are offering services in web designing. Some other people are offering you web template/lay-out/design, where you’ll just choose a template and insert your web content. So easy right? No need to learn lots of web programming. But think twice….u’ll have to pay for it and you’ll have some trouble to manage it in future…
So why not choose to have a weblog/blogsite and register with Blogger.com instead? Or Wordpress.com? Register for free and you already own your own blogsite where you can paste your Adsense Amazon/Chitika/Text-Link-Ads/Adbrite code. ;p No need to master web programming also, just keep blogging on any topic or share your photos about your daily life.
But you know what…web programming is not as difficult as you may think. I prefer creating my website all by myself using Microsoft Front Page with some basic knowledge of HTML. Try it yourself. It’s fun and you’ll feel proud of yourself. Borrow some books from the library. Look for books on web programming with HTML, XHTML, and CSS. You just write some easy HTML scripting on Notepad, which then be saved as (.htm). Plus some CSS for a better look of your website. Or you can try the Macromedia Dreamweaver. Easier and faster. Trust me.

I agree with you ))) Html-coding is very interesting ) Css is very interesting too ))) It helps us in many ways :) Css has one big advantage: people create it for designing web-sites, so it makes web-pages weight lighter and you can change your design changing only 2-3 lines )
Do you use css in your works?
I don't use CSS. But i understand how useful it is, as you can see in my websites (alamsekolah.com and tapakniaga.com).
The lack of a css implementation has caused problems in my web designs and also that my web appearences is bad.. huhu
I'm trying to improve my websites now, by trying to use the css for a better appearences of my webpages.
But there are lots of open source software that can be used for web development too. Like Joomla, phpNuke, and many more. We really can built a simple or even a complex, dynamic and interactive website using those open source softwares..
Oh, it is interesting... In our country we also have programs like these... but I have never test them... When I need to create web-site I use frontpage... It is useful )
yeah.. i never learn anything about web programming in school / college. i learn it all by myself. as you can see, i'm not good enough in web designing..
but the passion keeps me learning and trying.
sometimes, i feel like learning web designing is like playing a computer game.. haha
